Daily Ocean News Bulletin – 6th April 2023

Road – A14 Orwell Bridge westbound partially blocked, queueing traffic due to traffic problem between J57 A1189 (Nacton Interchange) and J56 A137 (Wherstead Interchange). Slow traffic on A14 westbound from J49 (Stowmarket) to J47 A1088 (Woolpit), in the roadworks area. Queueing traffic and two lanes closed due to accident, a car and a lorry involved on A14 westbound after J38 A11, congestion to the A1304 into Newmarket. One lane closed and queueing traffic due to accident, two lorries involved on M11 southbound from J9 (Saffron Walden) to J8 A120 (Bishops Stortford). Slow traffic on A120 Coggeshall Road eastbound before A12 J25. Usual congestion on A120 at Galley’s Corner. Heavy traffic on A1114 Great Baddow Bypass inbound at the Army and Navy roundabout.

Road – Heavy traffic on Burgess Road around A33 The Avenue. One lane closed due to accident on M27 eastbound from J4 M3 to J5 A335 Stoneham Way (Southampton Airport / Eastleigh), traffic is coping well. Delays expected due to three ships are in Port today arriving between 05:40 and 06:10 and depart between 17:00 and 18:00 on West Quay Road, Town Quay and Canute Road in Southampton. A27 eastbound partially blocked due to broken down vehicle from A285 Portfield Way to A285 (Halnaker / Petworth turn off), traffic is coping well. Very slow traffic on A27 Chichester Road around and past Arundel.

M25 clockwise lane closed on exit slip road due to broken down vehicle at J10 A3 (Wisley Interchange), traffic is coping well. One lane closed due to broken down vehicle on A3 northbound between A3 / B2039 / B2215 (Ockham Park) Ripley Services (Ripley) and M25 J10 (Wisley Interchange, Wisley), traffic is coping well. Slow traffic on M25 anticlockwise between J17 A412 Denham Way (Maple Cross) and J16 M40. Slow traffic on M25 anticlockwise between J21 M1 and J19 A41 (Watford). Slow traffic on A10 Great Cambridge Road southbound before M25 J25. Slow traffic on M25 anticlockwise around J26 A121 (Waltham Abbey).
