Southampton Port

Road – The A1 southbound entry slip from the M25. Broken down vehicle. Lanes Closed. M25 anticlockwise exit slip at junction J28. Congestion. Currently delays of 10 minutes. M40 southbound exit slip at junction J4. Congestion.
