Road – In Ipswich, Belvedere Road closed due to accident and railway bridge struck by vehicle between Whitby Road and Cemetery Lane. A12 northbound entry slip from the A130, Roadworks. Services at a stand on Greater Anglia between Ipswich and Felixstowe due to road vehicle hitting a bridge. Slow traffic on A12 Northbound before J33 A1214 / A14 (Copdock Interchange). Very slow traffic on A120 at Galley’s Corner. Queueing traffic on A1114 Great Baddow Bypass inbound at the Army and Navy roundabout. A12 northbound between A414 near Chelmsford (east) and A138/A130, A12 northbound exit for B1024 near Kelvedon (south), Roadworks. A120 westbound access from B1008/B1256, Roadworks. M11 southbound between J9 and J8, M11 southbound within J7A, Roadworks.

Queueing traffic on A41 Southbound at M25 J20. Slow traffic on M25 anticlockwise between J21 M1 and J19 A41 (Watford). Stop-start traffic on A405 North Orbital Road between M1 J6 and B4630 Watford Road (Shell Roundabout). Traffic returned to normal on A10 Great Cambridge Road Southbound before M25 J25.
