Road – Usual congestion on A12 Northbound before J33 A1214 / A14 (Copdock Interchange). Slow traffic on A14 Westbound after J49 (Stowmarket). A1 Great North Road Northbound clear before A421 Bedford Road (Black Cat Roundabout). Queueing traffic on A5123 Southbound at M1 J15A (Towcester / Northampton Services). Congestion to the southbound exit slip of the M1, queueing back onto the main carriageway in lane one, in the roadworks area. Traffic returned to normal on A12 Colchester Bypass Southbound before J26 A1124 (Eight Ash Green / Tollgate interchange). A120 Coggeshall Road Eastbound clear before A12 J25. Slow traffic on A120 at Galley’s Corner. A1114 Great Baddow Bypass inbound clear at the Army and Navy roundabout. Queueing traffic on A130 Northbound at A12 Chelmsford Bypass. Traffic returned to normal on A12 Southbound around J15 Margaretting / Chelmsford (Three Mile Hill). Slow traffic on A127 Southend Arterial Road Westbound before A1245 (Fairglen Interchange).

Road – Usual congestion on M25 anticlockwise at the Dartford Tunnels. Traffic returned to normal on M25 clockwise before J5 M26 / A21 (Sevenoaks). Slow traffic on M25 clockwise from Clacket Lane Services to J6 A22 (Godstone). Traffic easing on A217 Reigate Hill Southbound from M25 J8 to the one-way system. Queueing traffic on A3 Northbound before M25 J10 (Wisley Interchange). Slow traffic on M25 both ways at J10 A3 (Wisley Interchange). Congestion to J9 Leatherhead clockwise, slow for a couple of miles anticlockwise, and A3 queues northbound from Ockham Park, in the roadworks area. A245 Portsmouth Road Westbound clear at A3 (Painshill). Delays on M25 clockwise before J15 M4. Slow traffic on M25 anticlockwise around J16 M40. Congestion to the M40 northbound back along the A40 at Denham, heavy clockwise from J14 Heathrow. M25 both ways exit slip road to the M1 northbound closed, delays due to the M1 closure at J21 M1. Congestion to anticlockwise traffic, from a couple of miles before J21a M1 South, around to J20 Kings Langley. Queueing traffic on A405 North Orbital Road between M1 J6 and B4630 Watford Road (Shell Roundabout). Queueing traffic on A405 North Orbital Road between M1 J6 and B4630 Watford Road (Shell Roundabout). Queueing traffic on A405 North Orbital Road between M1 J6 and B4630 Watford Road (Shell Roundabout). M1 both ways closed, severe delays due to serious accident from J6 (North Watford / Bricket Wood) to J8 (Hemel Hempstead). Congestion to just after J10 Luton Airport on the southbound side, the A41 approaching the M25, and both ways on the A414 North Orbital Road south of Saint Albans, the Redbourn bypass is also slow. A10 Great Cambridge Road Southbound busy but moving before M25 J25, lane closed due to barrier repairs on A10 Great Cambridge Road Southbound between Turkey Street and Hoe Lane.
