One lane closed, long delays and queueing traffic for 11 miles due to recovery work and accident, a car and a lorry involved on M25 clockwise after J5 M26 / A21 (Sevenoaks). Congestion to beyond J3 M20 (Swanley Interchange), and five miles / half an hour back along the M26. Slow traffic on M25 anticlockwise between J13 A30 (Staines) and J12 M3. Traffic easing, roadworks that overran earlier on M25 anticlockwise between J16 M40 and J15 M4. Queueing traffic on M25 anticlockwise from J20 A41 Watford Road (Kings Langley) to after J17 A412 (Maple Cross). Delays on A405 North Orbital Road between M1 J6 and B4630 Watford Road (Shell Roundabout). Slow traffic due to earlier overturned van on M25 clockwise after J23 A1(M) J1 South Mimms. Congestion to a mile before J22 (London Colney / St Albans).
