Road – Usual congestion on A12 Northbound before J33 A1214 / A14 (Copdock Interchange). Very slow traffic on A120 at Galley’s Corner. Slow traffic on A127 London bound from B148 West Mayne (Dunton Junction, Dunton Wayletts) to M25 J29 (Romford / Basildon, Upminster). Heavy traffic on A1 Great North Road Southbound at A421 Bedford Road (Black Cat Roundabout). A12 southbound between the A14 and the junction with the A120 Colchester East, Barrier repairs. A12 southbound at the junction with the A14, Barrier repairs. A12 southbound between the A14 and the junction with the A133, Barrier repairs. Slow traffic due to earlier broken-down vehicle on A3(M) Northbound from J3 B2150 Hulbert Road (Waterlooville) to A3 (Clanfield), All lanes have been re-opened. One lane closed due to broken down vehicle on M3 Southbound from J9 A34 (Winnal roundabout / Winchester North) to J10 A31 (Winchester).
