Usual slow traffic on A130 Essex Regiment Way inbound from Little Waltham and Little Leighs to Chelmer Valley Road. Usual slow traffic on A130 Essex Regiment Way inbound from Little Waltham and Little Leighs to Chelmer Valley Road. Heavy traffic on A127 Southend Arterial Road westbound before A1245 (Fairglen Interchange).

Road – Portswood Road both ways closed due to accident between A335 and Mayfield Road. Queueing traffic on Burgess Road around A33 The Avenue. One lane closed due to broken down lorry on M3 southbound between J11 A3090 Hockley Link (Winchester South) and J12 A335 (Eastleigh). One lane closed and slow traffic due to broken down vehicle on M3 northbound between J10 A31 (Winchester) and J9 A34 (Winnal roundabout / Winchester North).

Road – Traffic heavier than normal due to a closure on the A13 at Dagenham on M25 anticlockwise from two miles before J29 A127 (Romford / Basildon) to J28 A12 (Brentwood / Brook Street roundabout). One lane closed due to emergency water burst repairs on A12 Colchester Road southbound at Harold Court Road. Slow traffic on M25 clockwise between Clacket Lane Services and J6 A22 (Godstone). M40 northbound exit slip road to the M25 anticlockwise partially blocked, slow traffic due to broken down vehicle at J1a M25. Held traffic released and traffic easing, broken down car removed on M25 clockwise between J24 A111 Stagg Hill (Potters Bar) and J25 A10 (Enfield). Slow traffic on A10 Great Cambridge Road southbound before M25 J25.
