Daily Ocean News Bulletin – 21st October

Road – Very slow traffic on A12 Northbound before J33 A1214 / A14 (Copdock Interchange). Reports of obstruction on the road on A14 near J50 A1120 (Stowupland). Slow traffic on A14 Westbound from J38 A11 / A1304 (Newmarket) to J37 A142 Fordham Road (Newmarket / Exning), in the roadworks area. Usual slow traffic on Trumpington Road and Hauxton Road Northbound from M11 J11 and Trumpington to the centre of Cambridge. Heavy traffic on A603 Barton Road inbound between M11 J12 and The Fen Causeway. Very slow traffic due to earlier accident on A14 Eastbound between J24b Boxworth (Cambridge Services) and J25 B1050 Hatton’s Road (Bar Hill). Heavy traffic on A1 Great North Road Southbound at A421 Bedford Road (Black Cat Roundabout). Slow traffic on A120 at Galley’s Corner.

Road – Heavy traffic on Burgess Road around A33 The Avenue. One lane closed and heavy traffic due to emergency repairs on M27 Westbound from J4 M3 to J3 M271 (Southampton Docks). Heavy traffic on Eastern Road Northbound at A27 Roundabout. Heavy traffic on A27 Chichester Bypass Eastbound from Fishbourne Roundabout to Portfield Roundabout. A259 both ways partially blocked, slow traffic due to accident, three vehicles involved near Marsh Lane.

Road – Slow traffic on M25 clockwise from a mile before J30 A13 (Lakeside / Purfleet) to the QE2 Bridge. Queueing traffic on M25 anticlockwise before J12 M3. Slow traffic on A405 North Orbital Road between M1 J6 and B4630 Watford Road (Shell Roundabout). One lane closed, severe delays and queueing traffic for six miles due to accident on M25 clockwise between J23 A1(M) South Mimms and J24 A111 Stagg Hill (Potters Bar). Congestion to two miles before J22 (London Colney / St Albans), plus a four-mile queue anticlockwise to the South Mimms roundabout, and three miles southbound on the A1M. One lane closed due to accident, a car and a lorry involved on M25 clockwise before J25 A10 (Enfield). Usual congestion on A10 Great Cambridge Road Southbound before M25 J25.
