Road – Slow traffic on M25 clockwise between Clacket Lane Services and J6 A22 (Godstone). M25 clockwise lane re-opened on exit slip road, broken down vehicle removed at J11 A320 St Peters Way (Chertsey). Long delays, two lanes closed and queueing traffic for six miles due to accident on M25 anticlockwise at J16 M40. Congestion to J17 Maple Cross, and slow clockwise after J15 M4 with onlookers. Slow traffic on A405 North Orbital Road between M1 J6 and B4630 Watford Road (Shell Roundabout). A1 Southbound Lane blocked on entry slip road due to broken down vehicle at M25 (South Mimms). One lane closed, long delays and queueing traffic for eight miles due to broken down car on M25 anticlockwise after J25 A10 (Enfield). Congestion to J27 M11.
