In the roadworks area. One lane closed and queueing traffic due to broken down vehicle on M27 Westbound at J8 A3024 (Bursledon / Hamble). Downend Road Northbound closed to heavy goods vehicles from A27 Cams Hill to Portsdown Hill Road. Delays of up to 15 minutes and some cancellations on South Western Railway, Southern and Great Western Railway Westbound between Portchester and Southampton Central, and between Portchester and Eastleigh due to earlier faulty train at Portchester.
