Slow traffic on A12 London bound at J12 A1023 Chelmsford Road (Mountnessing / Shenfield). A14 eastbound between junctions J37 Newmarket West and J39 Kentford, Roadworks. A11 southbound between the junctions with the A14 and the A1304, Roadworks. A14 eastbound between junctions J34 Fen Ditton and J39 Kentford, Roadworks. A12 southbound at the junction with the A14, Barrier repairs. A12 northbound entry slip from the A130, Roadworks.

Congestion to J29 Upminster, to the QE2 Bridge. Tailbacks both ways on the A13, back to Grays and halfway back to Wennington. Slow traffic on M25 anticlockwise from J2 A2 (Darenth Interchange) to the Dartford Tunnel. All traffic being temporarily held, severe delays and queueing traffic for nine miles due to accident, one car involved and earlier Police incident on M25 clockwise at J6 A22 (Godstone).
