A12 southbound access from B1137, A12 southbound between A138/A130 and A414 near Chelmsford (east), Roadworks. A12 northbound entry slip from the A130, Roadworks. A12 northbound between A414 near Chelmsford (east) and A138/A130, A12 northbound exit for B1024 near Kelvedon (south), Roadworks.

Heavy traffic on M25 anticlockwise around J16 M40. Queueing traffic due to earlier broken-down vehicle on M25 anticlockwise after J25 A10 Great Cambridge Road (Enfield). Congestion to J27 M11 Interchange. All lanes have been re-opened.
