Congestion to two miles before J16 M40, all lanes have been re-opened. Delays on M4 onto the elevated section Eastbound from J3 A312 (Hayes) to J2 A4 (Brentford). Queueing traffic on A312 The Parkway Southbound before M4 J3. Slow traffic on M25 anticlockwise from J20 A41 (Kings Langley) to J19 Watford.
