One lane closed due to emergency barrier repairs on A12 Witham Bypass Southbound from J22 (Witham North) to J21 B1389 (Witham South). Queueing traffic on A1114 Great Baddow Bypass inbound at the Army and Navy roundabout. Queueing traffic on A130 Northbound at A12 Chelmsford Bypass. Slow traffic on A127 Southend Arterial Road Westbound before A1245 (Fairglen Interchange).
