Queueing traffic on A130 Northbound at A12 Chelmsford Bypass. Slow traffic on A127 Southend Arterial Road Westbound before A1245 (Fairglen Interchange). Road – Delays on M271 Northbound at M27 J3. Slow traffic due to earlier broken-down lorry on M3 Northbound at J11 A3090 (Winchester South), all lanes have been re-opened. Slow traffic on A32 Fareham Road between Gosport and Fareham. One lane closed due to emergency repairs on A3(M) Northbound from J4 Purbrook Way (Purbrook) to J3 B2150 Hulbert Road (Waterlooville), traffic is coping well.

Queueing traffic on A10 Great Cambridge Road Southbound before M25 J25. Slow traffic on A121 Woodridden Hill between A104 Epping New Road / B1393 / B172 (Wake Arms Roundabout) and M25 J26. M25 clockwise blocked, queueing traffic due to accident, a couple of lorries and a couple of cars involved at J27 M11. Congestion to four miles on both sides, with onlookers anticlockwise.
