Slow traffic on A127 Southend Arterial Road Westbound before A1245 (Fairglen Interchange). Reports of slow traffic due to traffic problem on A127 Southend Arterial Road Westbound at A128 Tilbury Road (Halfway House roundabout). Slow traffic on M25 anticlockwise at J28 A12 (Brentwood / Brook Street Roundabout). Congestion to just after J30 (Purfleet / Lakeside), in the roadworks area.
