Usual slow traffic on A130 Essex Regiment Way inbound from Little Waltham and Little Leighs to Chelmer Valley Road. Queueing traffic on A1114 Great Baddow Bypass inbound at the Army and Navy roundabout. Heavy traffic on A130 Northbound at A12 Chelmsford Bypass.
