Road – Traffic easing on A12 Northbound before J33 A1214 / A14 (Copdock Interchange). Slow traffic on A14 Westbound around J49 (Stowmarket), in the roadworks area. A421 Great Barford Bypass Eastbound busy but moving before A1 Great North Road (Black Cat Roundabout). Very slow traffic on A1 Great North Road Southbound at A421 Bedford Road (Black Cat Roundabout). M6 both ways closed, queueing traffic due to accident, a lorry involved at M1 J19 / M6 / A14 (Catthorpe Interchange). M1 Southbound closed, long delays due to recovery work and earlier accident from J20 A4304 Lutterworth Road (Lutterworth) to J19 M6 (Catthorpe Interchange), congestion to A426 through Cotesbatch, there are 4 miles of queues on approach to the closure on the M1. Slow traffic on A12 Colchester Bypass Southbound from J28 A1341 (Colchester United Football Ground) to J25 A120 (Marks Tey), in the roadworks area. Slow traffic on A120 at Galley’s Corner. Queueing traffic on A1114 Great Baddow Bypass inbound at the Army and Navy roundabout. Queueing traffic on A130 Northbound at A12 Chelmsford Bypass.
