Road – One lane closed and queueing traffic due to broken down vehicle on A14 Eastbound from M1 J19 (Catthorpe Interchange) to J1 A5199 (Welford). Very slow traffic on A12 Northbound before J33 A1214 / A14 (Copdock Interchange). Queueing traffic due to earlier accident, four vehicles involved on A12 Southbound at J23 (Kelvedon South). Congestion to J26 (Marks Tey), all lanes have been re-opened. Usual slow traffic on A130 Essex Regiment Way inbound from Little Waltham and Little Leighs to Chelmer Valley Road.
